Enrollments for the academic year 2024/2025

 till September 13, 2024 – concerning only the current students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering CTU Prague (not concerning student applicants of the 1st academic year and applicants of the Follow-up Master study programmes)

Period when nothing can be put to KOS system

 according to the Administrative regulation there is a 30 days´period to appeal against the Decision to terminate the studies for failure to meet the conditions in the last semester or academic year, therefore it is not possible to interfere with tha data in the system in the following dates:

September 25, 2023 – October 29, 2023 (5 weeks)

February 19, 20241) – March 24, 2024 (5 weeks) In the week from February 19, 2024 – February 23, 2024 only extraordinary terms for subjects from the 1st semester of the 1st year can can be announced.

September 14, 2024 – October 13, 2024 (5 weeks)

State Final Exams:

Winter semester:
February 5, 2024 – February 16, 2024 (2 weeks)
Summer semester:
June 17, 2024 – June 28, 2024 (2 weeks)
August 26, 2024 – September 6, 2024 (2 weeks)

Qualification works (Bachelor and Diploma):

Winter semester:
Bachelor/Diploma Thesis assignment - October 27, 2023 at the latest
Submission of Bachelor/Diploma Thesis according to the Directive of the Dean (set by the Head of the relevant Department)

Summer semester:
Bachelor/Diploma Thesis assignment – April 26, 2024 at the latest
 
Submission of Bachelor/Diploma Thesis according to the Directive of the Dean (set by The Head of the relevant Department)

Closing of the Electronic Study Credit Books:

Winter semester:
till January 26, 2024 for the State Final Exams held from February 5 - February 16, 2024

Summer semester:
till June 7, 2024 for the State Final Exams held from June 17 - June 28, 2024
till August 16, 2024 for the State Final Exams held from August 26 – September 6, 2024

Application process for the Bachelor´s and Follow-up Master´s study for the academic year 2024/2025
  • Bachelor´s degree programmes June 6, 2024 (Thursday)
  • Follow-up Master´s degree programmes May, 16, 2024 (Thursday)

Enrollments of the first-year students of the academic year 2024/2025
  • will take place online in the period from June till September, 2024, on September 2 and September 3, 2024 for the Bachelor´s study and on September 17, 2024 for the Follow-up Master study
  • the exact date of the enrollment will be stated in the Decision to be admitted to study

Start of the Academic Year 2024/2025

 according to the Schedule of the Academic year 2023/2024 issued by the Rector of CTU Prague, the academic year 2024/2025 will start on September 23, 2024.
