Spanish

Spanish (or Castilian) is one of the most widespread languages in the world. It belongs to the category of Roman languages. Spanish is the official language in Spain, in most countries of South and Central America and in Equatorial Guinea. It is also widely spoken in the United States, the Philippines and many other countries. There are around 400 million native speakers around the world.

Spanish for beginners

Corresponds to the Common European Framework of Reference A1. Objectives: to understand clear standard speech on familiar topics which students meet at school and in their free time. To be able to hold a conversation on these topics. To write simple texts on familiar topics. To be able to read and comprehend simple texts. To improve their professional language.
 

Grammar:

Present and future tense, irregular verbs, imperative, comparative and superlative, pronouns, structures with infinitive
Topics for conversation: Meeting other people and introducing myself, saying „hello, sorry and thank you“, hobbies, daily routine
Technical part: Mathematical expressions, geometric shapes, parts of a car

Pre-intermediate Spanish

Corresponds to the Common European Framework of Reference A2. Objectives: to understand clear standard speech on familiar topics which students meet at school and in their free time. To be able to hold a conversation on these topics. To write simple texts on familiar topics. To be able to read and comprehend simple texts. To improve their professional language.
 

Grammar:

Conditionals, past tenses, passive voice, gerund, sequence of tenses, phrasal idioms
Topics for conversation: Family, living, shopping, food and drinks, jobs
Technical part: Materials, description of a process, description of simple machines and tools
